Details are murky, but it seems that KISAKI gathers various Matina musicians as to record a memorial song to hizumi (歪-hizumi-). The song chosen is NECROPOLIS, which he had originally composed with vie éternele, and which was said to be his “crowning achievement.”
For some reason, the song is left unfinished, and is only released almost ten years later, as a CD-R privilege. One would presume it was originally recorded to be distributed at the June 20th memorial live, but this has not been confirmed.
Also unconfirmed is the lineup. According to an UNDER CODE PRODUCTION staff member, the lineup featured both MIRAGE and Madeth gray'll members. So the vocalist is likely TOMO from MIRAGE, bassist is likely KISAKI, and guitarist is likely Madeth gray'll guitarist Shizuru (静流). Details beyond that are unknown.
V. TOMO (?) / G. Shizuru (静流) (?) / B. KISAKI (?) / ?
Hizumi (歪) memorial live, Rasen Kaidan to Kioku (螺旋階段と記憶), is held.
It's possible (but unconfirmed) that KISAKI with Matina family song NECROPOLIS was planned to be distributed at this live.
The session's sole song is released as a privilege CD-R.
