LAYBIAL (レイビアル) is formed by Kisaki (妃~Kisaki~) in Osaka (大阪)大阪.
Due to several faked demotapes being sold at auction, there is a theory among some message board users that KISAKI's early bands did not exist. However, they have all been 100% confirmed to exist via flyers and other material from the time.
Drummer HIROYA is mentioned in KISAKI's official history, but not in a flyer advertising the band's first live, indicating that he either joined later or was a support member. Details are unclear.

KISAKI's official history states that their first live was on April 12th, but a flyer from the time confirms that it was the 11th.
First live is held.

A flyer from August lists a new bassist but no drummer, so drummer HIROYA either seceded by this time or was a support member.
Bassist/leader Kisaki (妃~Kisaki~) secedes.

Within two months of KISAKI's secession (exact date unknown), new bassist MASANORI joins.
Details are unclear, but TOSHIYA is listed as the band's drummer by grassthread. KISAKI's official history doesn't mention him, and he definitely wasn't a part of the band in August/September 1994, so either he joined later, or wasn't a member at all.

LAYBIAL was a visual kei band in Osaka. They were active from 1994 and are now disbanded.
From what I remember of the whole mythceo drama from five years ago, these three guys in the photo were actually garden and not LAYBIAL. A trio, similar dudes, pretty much the same background... And the demo MISS was probably fake and had the same songtitles of two VICE∞RISK tapes, DejaVu/MISS and Mother.
