I'm sure someone could explain it better than me but basically a girl came out and showed that she used to talk with Yoshiatsu when she was underage and Yoshiatsu didn't care bout the age thing, there's people saying this is fake and others saying that even if it's fake and she was 18 it's still creepy that a 40 year old man was talking with a girl this young.
Also there is controversy around the fact that Yoshiatsu used to post instagram stories telling the fans to talk to him and to "confess their love to him", and basically that creates an inappropriate artist-fan relationship.
Yoshiatsu posted a statement saying that some things were fake but that the fact that he talked to fans and posted those stories were true.

Nothing can be confirmed or denied, as neither Yoshiatsu nor the investigators made a statement about specific controversies besides that he had not had relations or attempted to have relations with a minor. Yoshiatsu addressed the situation with a very vague explanation on his socials, admitting that some of the screenshots being shared on social media were true, while others weren't without specifying which were true and which were not.

I've only read that she was around 17 years old, so that's why Some people say that it's not a big deal. Also there is a screenshot where Yoshiatsu tells her to not say her age because if he doesn't know that she is bellow 18 then it isn't illegal. (I don't remember exactly what he said but that's what he implied basically)
Honestly I am just typing what I have read so don't take my word as the truth
Personally I think the screenshots and everything can be easily faked (I am not saying it's fake tho) but at the same time if it is 100% true I wouldn't be surprised because the way he acted on instagram and with his fans was already weird, so even if I like his music I won't continue supporting him as an artist

It was a slightly younger friend of hers, if you want almost all the information in one place, Savette on YT compiled the documents and went over everything in a stream recently and has been going over new information.

Savette complied nothing only shared all messages in one video and reading them loud.

However we don't know what is true and what is false and what the management all found in yoshiatsu DM's. But it was something serious enough to have fukuro going on immediately indefinite hiatus, DRUGS to disband and to continue until that date without yoshiatasu And BAR fukuro creased it's activity as well.

I saw them in London they were absolutely amazing live, definitely a memory for life, they all stole my heart,

i was recently introduced to fukuro by a friend since I already loved Yoshiastu from him previously being in dadaroma! they are all so silly and their music is unlike anything i've ever heard if they disband ever ill bawl. I love them all sm they are all so silly but lotto is definitely my favourite!

oh my god their live was so good. It was an absolutely amazing experience, honestly the best live ive ever been to. Theyre so interactive with fans! Beautiful songs too. Love them so much, glad I was able to support them

I'd just found 梟 on Spotify, and played their first EP. It took me 2 songs to end up pulling the bandomen up because the Vocalist sounded so familiar.. just to be よしあつ. I like the slower, melancholic sound that he did with some songs in DADAROMA, and 梟 seems to appeal to that as well. It's good to see him continue to make music with such a good vocal style. 🖤
