In response to "a series of events" involving the band's founder and producer Yoshiatsu (よしあつ), DRUGS announces they will be disbanding following a performance on October 2, 2026. In an announcement posted on social media, the band stated they planned to continue out the rest of their planned lives using a support drummer. Yoshiatsu (よしあつ) effectively secedes.

DRUGS is an active visual kei band. They have been active since 2025.
FYI there has been screenshots of Yoshiatsu talking to younger fans, he said it himself that some are true and some are false / misleading . Since he is the one handling things in the band, Drugs is nothing without him so the disbandment was kinda expected. Its best if you read the official statements to get a grasp of whats happening
The management received access to his SNS, so they carefully checked his DM's, fact checked everything, etc.
But the conclusion is easy "some stories are truth" and "some stories are fake".
However they have not published which stories are "fake" or "truth".
