The wording of the event description (" 現メンバーラスト主催イベント" {current members' last sponsored event}) implies that there were plans to return with a new lineup. However, as of 2023 this has not happened, meaning that the band effectively (but not technically) disbanded.

Looks like their last event was " 現メンバーラスト主催イベント": their last live with that current lineup, implying there will eventually be a new lineup, so not technically disbandment.

They are effectively disbanded but I'll update the bio to reflect the correct terminology.
