Freely distributed at the band's last 2016 live. There are [at least] two version of this single: one with a blue-colored jacket and one with a red-colored jacket. It's unclear which came first, or if the two differ in any way. (For reference, the band released another single in 2016 called Dinner of the Slit Mouth which received a revised version a few months later; it's possible that something similar happened with this single.)
It seems that “Teacher Mary B” is not a song title, but the contents are the red version are unknown. The blue version's tracklist is confirmed, and it's likely that at least some of the tracks are the same between the two versions.
