Freely distributed at the band's last 2016 live. There are [at least] two versions of this single: one with a blue-colored jacket and one with a red-colored jacket. It's unclear which came first, or if the two differ in any way. (For reference, the band released another single in 2016 called Dinner of the Slit Mouth which received a revised version a few months later; it's possible that something similar happened with this single.)

This is the blue version, which is confirmed to feature 4 tracks. The tracklist is printed on the CD-R, but it only mentions the two songs and lists them in the incorrect order. An included lyric sheet only features 「S」.

This release (or at least the blue version) includes a hard-printed serial number and a sticker.
