This was included in REALies-SPECIAL BAG-, a special goods set sold by the band to celebrate New Year 2012. Only 50 of the sets (which cost 3,000 yen) were produced, and each one included the same types of items. (Full list below.)

This CD-R was available in three types, and each of the bags contained 1 of those, chosen at random. This is TYPE B, which contains a comment from the band. Presumably, the other types have different comments.
