Remastered best album. Planned for a wide release on August 31st, but a few copies were pre-sold at a live event a week or two prior. A few days prior to the planned release, it was abruptly cancelled and refunds were issued for those who had pre-ordered. Ultimately, only those few copies pre-sold at lives are the only copies available in the wild.
KISAKI stated on Twitter that the album was canceled due to an error in the remastering process, although this wasn't noticed until after they had been pressed.
An application coupon was included. Those who mailed it in could receive a Phantasmagoria live DVD-R. Since the release was cancelled, the DVD-R was included in various lucky bags later.
