This was released in a set of 4 distribution throughout April of 2008. The means of getting this release is that you must have proof that you went to certain lives. The releases all spell out 混乱番組(Konran Bangumi); which is translated to Confusion Program, to which the band dressed in a cross between PANIC☆ch and Panic Channel (パニックちゃんねる) , and played songs from both alter ego band.
