Planned for a 1996-07-13 release, but available for early purchase during the band's tour of the same name which began on 1996-06-20. Due to all copies selling out during the pre-release tour, a second press was produced which was available at stores and via mail-order on the original 1996-07-13 date.

Unlike the first press, this second press includes a privilege postcard. Mail-order purchases included a full color postcard, while store purchases included a black and white postcard.
