Details are unconfirmed, but this seems to be a memorial demotape, as the band had officially broken up in June (or at least planned to). MASTER BATE is a re(?)-recording of the same song from an earlier(?) demotape.

A magazine article around this time mentioned that the band's lineup technically consisted of only vocalist AKIRA + guest musicians. Although the lineup given in the liner notes doesn't specify that TSUKASA, HIBIKI, and HIRO are guest musicians, they are conspicuously separated from AKIRA. KISAKI also acted as guest bassist for the song REQUIEM only, but he's specifically listed as such. Details of the band's activity around this time aren't 100% clear.
