One copy of this DVD was awarded for each 5,000 yen spent through the LORELEI ENTERTAINMENT GROUP webshop beginning on 2021-03-02. It contains footage of the sold out live an ideal of beauty Desperate from 2012-12-21 at Shibuya (渋谷) Rex.

This footage was originally released on an official bootleg in 2016.

This newer version improves upon the original by being a properly pressed DVD with jewel case and jacket (as opposed to a plain DVD-R). It also trims about 5 unnecessary minutes of footage of the audience waiting for the show to begin.

Unfortunately, the video in this version is otherwise inferior: the original 16:9 ratio has been squished to 4:3, with black bars added on either side to bring it back to 16:9. In addition to looking “off,” the re-encoding degrades the quality in some areas.
