This CD was freely distributed at the band's 2014-12-13 tour final live at Maihama AMPHITHEATER (舞浜アンフィシアター). It includes a code for the rare “Minstrel ZEPHYR” (吟遊詩人・ゼファー) card, redeemable in the band's SNS trading card game, VAMPIRE SAGA -Bara no Houkan- (VAMPIRE SAGA -薔薇の宝冠-).

The CD is packaged in a tallcase.
