This CD was sold (for an unknown price, and in extremely limited quantities) at the band's May 12th, 2012 birthday event for bassist まぁや (Maaya).

The CD features a cover version of the band's song 昌代とByeBye (Masayo to ByeBye) with まぁや (Maaya) performing vocals. It also includes an original song by まぁや (Maaya), 錯乱っ!! (Sakurann!!), which he wrote and composed.
