Kyoto-based visual-kei band whiteblack have restarted activities.
whiteblack originally formed in 2004 and were the band of CROW MUSIC president TATSUYA, who served as their vocalist. While they originally disbanded in 2010, they revived for one-night events fairly frequently. Late last year, they decided to restart for real and official began their activities again!
Their current lineup is:
- V: TATSUYA ( whiteblack, ex- NUDE, ex- 7 seven, etc.)
- G: YOUDAI ( whiteblack, ex- Lucy MonoStone )
- Support B: JURA (樹蘭) (DRESS or NUDE, GRiST, Crucifixion, etc.)
- D: SHOGO ( whiteblack )
They held their first revival event, entitled Re:full explosion voice please vol.3 at Kyoto (京都) ARC DEUX on December 4th.
Since restarting activities, they've also held what was billed as an "audience-free oneman", IN THE MONITOR: a streamed event, held on February 21st.
The band has also uploaded a live PV for their brand new song Koutei (肯定) to YouTube.
Lastly, the band is planning to hold a 60-minute oneman entitled WHITE HISTORY OR BLACK HISTORY. This will be held on May 14th, at Kyoto (京都) ARC DEUX.
