KISAKI has just posted in his blog that UNDER CODE PRODUCTION will close. Below is his message, translated by Ku at Shattered-Tranquility.net:
【UNDER CODE PRODUCTION Dissolution】
In March 2013, UNDER CODE PRODUCTION will face its tenth anniversary.
At the same time it will “dissolve”.
For now the reason is being withheld, but it’s the conclusion of years of complications and drawn-out trouble.
Making this “the greatest 10 year anniversary” and burning out with the related bands & the important companions [fans] who support them: that is now my number one wish.
If the present doesn’t shine, the past and the future won’t shine either… Because of that, with the remaining time, we’ll loudly charge on just like us, and one by one we’ll do our best to to leave no regrets, so please give us your support!!
Specific details and the future of the related bands will be announced at a later time.

I think there is a real possibility that the closing of UPC has to do with a new label emerging later . Maybe a new business partnership ? Nothing can be said about it until it has been legalized & concrete . I'm just speculating of course

But it would surely get a ton of shit from people (I couldn't bear to read the comments on MH if such a thing were to happen!), and I'm sure it could never been exactly the same as UNDER CODE...
