According to their Line Blog, the band and their label have discussed their future direction (or lack there of) and have decided that splitting up would be the best option. An official date has not been given yet.

Since we have 2020.2.8 written on the cover of their latest single, it's safe to assume that is the official date. They'll probably add a last live or something (the final of their last oneman tour is scheduled for November, there has to be something more planned)
