New band MAMA. will begin activity on November 28th.

They are signed to Bloom and will be the 3rd mysterious band to participate on that label's upcoming omnibus.

Update 11/29/2018:

It turns out that MAMA. are actually all the members of MORPHINE (モルヒネ). This will be the band's 3rd name (as the used to go by BAKU (バク。)) and consequently, MORPHINE (モルヒネ) has officially disbanded as of November 28th.
