Kaya, the one and only singer who transcends gender and genre, is accepting the challenge of crowdfunding a new full album.

The main theme of the album is “Rose”, which Kaya has been using as a motif. The aim is to complete a full album with a rich variety of styles, such as synthesized, band-arranged, and chanson.

The album will be a full-length album with a total of 15 tracks (including 8 new songs), and will feature several composers such as Tsuki Amano, Fukusuke [ADAPTER。, METRONOME (メトロノーム)], Haru Aoi (H∧L) [Hitotonari (ひととなり)], Hora [Schwarz Stein], Soiree (chanson singer and co-producer of the PetitMOA), Yoko Hamasaki [URBANGARDE], and the late Ken Morioka [SOFT BALLET, minus(-)].

Various musicians will also participate in arrangement: Kei Okubo [URBANGARDE, Ame ya Same (雨や雨)], Jouji 2-gou (George 2nd) [hide-and-seek Dorothy (ハイダンシークドロシー)], Tsunehito [D] and Yura-sama [Psycho le Cému].

In this crowdfunding campaign, Kaya included two tiers specifically for overseas fans.

ROSE Plan (7,000 yen)

• You will receive an e-mail from Kaya thanking you for your support
• You will receive a crowdfunding limited edition copy of "ROSE"

Special Plan (25,000 yen)

• Your name will be written on the CDJacket
• You will receive an email from Kaya thanking you for your support
• You will receive a crowdfunding limited edition copy of "ROSE"
• You will receive the URL of the video of the recording of the album
• We will send you a "15th anniversary photo book" with new original photos
• You will get online access to the streaming of the "after party" of the solo live at Nihonbashi Mitsui Hall on Saturday, June 11 (may be held in another day)

The total crowdfunding goal is 4,000,000 yen. However, there are additional rewards if stretch goals are reached:

5,000,000 yen stretch goal (125%)

• A free oneman concert live on the day of Kaya's birthday! (07/17, somewhere in Tokyo)
• The oneman will be streamed to all the overseas fans who participated in the crowdfunding
• Free invitations to all those who wish to attend

7,000,000 yen stretch goal (175%)

• Kaya will produce a second cover album. Following "DRESS," which came out in 2019 and covered only songs by FEMALE singers, Kaya will produce a special cover album that will cover only songs by MALE singers.
• At the same time, we will produce a "best-of" album to commemorate the 15th anniversary!

Last year the "15th anniversary celebration" started, and considering the situation of the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the celebration continued at a careful pace during 2021.

As a culmination of the anniversary, a solo live will be held at Nihonbashi Mitsui Hall on June 11 (Sat). Also, to celebrate the 15th anniversary I have also decided to release an original album after 8 and a half years!

However, it's very difficult for Kaya to manage two big things at the same time, a memorial live at Nihonbashi Mitsui Hall and making an original album. Therefore I would like to ask for your help again.

When I say "again," I mean that three years ago, I produced the cover album "DRESS" with your help as a stepping stone to my upcoming 15th anniversary.

With the release of "DRESS", more and more people have come to know Kaya.

I'm really glad that I was able to make this wonderful album, and I was able to make friends with many of the singers I covered.
