Third, member speculation:
Several of you have pointed this out, and his official blog has confirmed: the blonde guitarist is definitely SHAGRATH (ex-AIKARYU/IRODORI/Ultimate Sonic), now under the name of 葉月 (Hazuki).
As for vocalist, http://hush_narumi" .livejournal.com figured out it's ex-/Envus./jubily vocalist 英樹-Hideki-! It looks like him, it features a kanji from his old name, and it sounds like him. Plus, his blog is set to close soon, so~
Drummer: Trombe says ex-REZERG. I checked, and there was a member named Kajuu. So I'm inclined to agree, but don't know what the guy looks like or anything.
- Fourth, let's talk about theme! As http://chronicpuppet" .livejournal.com points out, the band name has to do with ancient China/Japan, and the clothing/titles/calligraphy logo fit that theme nicely. Those points, plus the style of the music and the “first mission” thing make me feel that they're aiming to be some sort of Kiryu/AND hybrid. Even if my comparison is crappy, I think we can safely say they're neo visual kei.

Ok, some clarifications for their biography: it seems that the 2010-03-10 live at the UNDER CODE 8th anniversary event is a “secret live,” even though everybody knows about it. It seems that they'll officially form as of 2011-04-01 (2011-02-01 edit: their biography now says official formation as of 2011-03-01), with their official first live on 2011-04-26. So that's that.
As for members, people are saying that at least three are ex-Synside. Personally, I don't see it, and I think it's just because the web designer is lazy and using Synside's page as a template, but I could be wrong (2011-02-01 edit: definitely not /Synside/). If you have any info/thoughts, please share. As for the vocalist, Itsuki was the name of Bergerac's vocalist, and UNDER CODE had a relationship with them, so it seems possible, but a big Itsuki fan doesn't recognize him in that preview picture of the band, so... Thoughts?
ALSO, any idea wtf is up with these titles? What is this Kiryu-esque Japanese craziness? Upside-down commas ;O;?! 11ul!? Someone smart please explain!

Yeah, I know! They seem to capture the energy of neo bands (Velbet/&/Kiryu, that's how I think of them), but I think they might be able to hold my attention longer. (That probably makes no sense?)

I agree! New blood is needed. But now that more details and better photos are out, it seems like they're all new to UCP.
Bands with old, loved members are great, but only if they come with new bands as well! That period were ZODIA/HEISEI ISHIN/Megaromania/Lamina/brodiaea signed in rapid succession was awesome, and I kind of miss it~

Suzaku has to do with ancient China (and consequently ancient Japan): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vermilion_Bird Hence the archaic looking titles. Maybe UCP wanted to launch their own old Japan style band seeing how popular Kiryuu got? I'm definitely excited though!

GOSH..I really hope it's not just Synside re-vamped :/ I deeply hoped for Nozomi...but it seems to be just another unfullfilled dreamsighs UC definitely needs some REALLY new bands...not just redone former bands with changed name and look... Sometimes it works...but mostly the new band is surely same short-lived as the previous one...but that's just my opinion :)

That band in general is mysterious. The name of the members doesn't help either. I somewhere want them to be new musicians. I think, UCP need fresh blood and not really recycled one? That's the "impression" I'm under for some reasons. Otherwise, they don't make me think of ex.Synside and I can't say for Itsuki.

I don't recognize any of these names and I doubt it's ex-Bergerac Itsuki, it doesn't look like him at all... and I can't really imagine him going for this kind of look O.o
So no Nozomi...? Unless he's changed his name, but I guess not xx If they're really Synside then I'll be seriously pissed :< The only one who would fit is Rayka, though... maybe Kikyo is the blue one? But I don't want them to be Synside xx These are either ex-members of really unknown bands/totally new people or somewhat experienced musicians who have changed their names.

It actually makes me happy how much we care for the UNDER CODE family! This anxious curiosity for knowing who they are comes out of good feelings. I'd love that vocalist to be Itsuki, I really liked his voice! And let's wait for the designer to end his or her job ^_^;

Yeah, I understand. Trombe is usually right, and I don't doubt him if he has some other source. But if he's just going from the unfinished OHP pages like the rest of it, I'm not so sure. But I agree, he's not unreliable at all.
And yeah, I'm with you on the Itsuki thing too. It would make sense because A) he doesn't have anything going on, and B) UNDER CODE & Bergerac seemed to be friends, but the guy in the picture seems to have a shorter face? Like you said, hard to judge from such a tiny picture. I wouldn't mind it being someone new from a super tiny band, just as long as he is really good (like happened with Taku).
Ahhhh, I can't wait to look back at these posts in a few months and think “wow, how stupid we were!” Always scrambling around, thinking it's some DIR EN GREY member or something, and then it's just the same old band we've already seen _;

As for this and the other topic, I'm just saying all the same things Trombe said in Monochrome Heaven. : D I haven't found him unrealiable despite that I've actually never verified his sources. He said it's ex-Synside members. Though he might be wrong. Let's wait for further news.
About the vocalist, Itsuki. Well, he could be someone other with another name previously and he just changed it for this band, or it might be Bergerac's Itsuki. I personally think the only picture awailable is way too small for me to even try and detect Bergerac's Itsuki there. Or it even might be Itsuki from a really small band no one has ever heard of. XD
