Cecir updated the E'm ~grief~ blog yesterday, and although I won't insult you guys with my terrible translation, I can give you the gist:
He acknowledges that the phrase “indefinite activity pause” doesn't have a good reputation but he emphasizes that, both the MC at their last live and the Cure article about it stated that E'm ~grief~ absolutely will come back. He specifically says “E'm's activity is not over yet,” and that they're working every day toward an eventual revival.
So that seems pretty reassuring. On the other hand, Vsoku, for some reason, thinks that drummer 摩珠 (Maju) has left [been kicked out of?] the band. That tidbit seems pretty uncertain, and I can't find anything to back it up, but it's not as if a drummer is important for E'm's music, right?
Hopefully we'll see a revival in the spring or something. Any thoughts?

right! drummer is not so important to e'm grief music, but i'm gonna miss maju if he really leaves the band :) i prefer this before Rita or cecir :(

Yeah, makes sense. With the other members making posts about how they want to continue, it makes me wonder if he was the reason they paused activities in the first place. The whole situation seemed unexpected by even the members, so it must have been something truly beyond their control.

He was pretty much the only who not to comment on the activity pause, while the others strongly insisted on their will to come back someday as E'm. So it's just my speculation =)

It was never announced that he left the band, but according to what happened at the last live I think that it might be him. I'm sure it's neither Rita nor Cecir as they clearly told they want to go on with the band. Yuuze was really desperate so unless he has some personal problems he is probably going on too? But Maju seemed quite ok so the activity pause might be due to his decision to leave. But they also told they believe that they don't want other members so it's still a mistery.
