SugarTrip was a visual kei band in Tokyo. They were part of the osare kei subgenre. They were active from 1999 to 2005 and are now disbanded.
It looks like they realesed a pv at some point:
If that video's information is correct, it looks like it was distributed at their revival live in 2007. I'll see if I can find a picture of the disc and at least add a database entry for it.
