So far, none of the ex-members have addressed these questions directly. As much as I'd love to see the band return, that doesn't seem very likely. It may be some time before any of them is ready to talk about it that idea publicly. Usagi posted a story about visiting friends, so he's around, but we don't have any more info yet.

BAND is never returning and I doubt anyone would trust PERSON enough to ever start a band with PERSON again. PERSON caused both of PERSON's bands to break up, and this time PERSON's ruined everyone else's chance to play overseas for the first time.

i know its disheartening to hear, but usagi most likely wont come back.
given his history with abusing his bandmates + randomly vanishing TWICE, it would be a true miracle if usagi was accepted into any group at all.

The visuals were amazing, the music was good too, its really a shame. I miss them :(

2026-02-27 Vocalist Mikan (未観) (from Sai no Kawara (賽の河原)) performs as support.

he didn't perform on Lyricas last live on March 13. they played without a vocalist that day.
So Mikan should be removed as current"support" vocal on the profile and set to past members.

Wild that it's already been 6 months since Usagi took off. He was something magical. This band's creativity was insane. I've still never seen anything like it. Losing them is a damn tragedy. I hope Mime, Kakeru, and Mona find new permanent places soon. Mime's compositions deserve to be heard.

I'll explain it shortly, Usagi has really bad mental health issues, and besides that, in his previous band, he got fired and the band later disbanded shortly after because he used to abuse his bandmates, so the Lyrica stuff wasn't really unexpected considering his history

Apparently wearing bandages once now counts as an entire aesthetic. Iryō-kei isn't a costume you put on for a single photo and then abandon — it's a sustained visual concept. Lyrica did it once, with no MV, no lyrics, no continuation, and no actual commitment to the theme. Slapping the iryō-kei tag on them because of one outfit just empties the term of any meaning. Same with kote kei.

Bandman do disappear like this more often, but this case he is being missing really long, longer than usually.
Usually it doesn't take this long until someone can get into contact.

But we should just wait, if they can give us info they surely will do.

a friend has mentioned that they were in contact with kou from damned about him and has stated he´s alive but nothing else is known.

if he was in danger or a missing person im sure his family would have contacted the band by now, the band only stated that they can't contact him, they know their fans are worried so they would give an update if they knew anything

& he has only been out of contact for around a week, that's not a long time. suica from damned went noncontact & was out of the public eye for years before he returned to the music industry.

there's a lot of fear mongering going around & people are saying he is missing, which is not true so I am just trying to reassure fans that are panicking

suji I think the reason people are so worried is because Lyrica is a pretty famous band and Usagi is also their vocalist (the most prominent role in a band), and people know the voice of a vocalist isn't easily replaceable, and could even cause the band to disband

the first time i watched the mv of strange rabbit i was already like "wow i've never heard something like this before, this is so good"
at that time i was sad they only had one mv, so i searched them on spotify and they had 3 songs
they've grown so much since then!
