Lady forms in Nagoya (名古屋)名古屋 while the members are still in high school.
LADY joins Donuts Record West, becoming one of the label's very first signees.
The band appears in the TV Asahi (テレビ朝日) program "PU-PU-PU-PU-PUFFY (VISUAL Kei darake no Daiundoukai RETURNS) (パパパパパフィー (ビジュアル系だらけの大運動会 RETURNS))".
Guitarist Motoki and bassist Takamasa both secede LADY. They are then replaced by guitarist セラ and bassist KARy. A second guitarist, guitarist haruca, joins shortly afterwards as well.
Three-day Tokyo-Nagoya-Osaka fourman(?) with babysitter, Vizell, and Phobia is held. A live VHS is freely distributed to attendees.

Drummer Kei leaves, and is never officially replaced, thus leaving LADY as a four-piece.
LADY disbands
LADY was a visual kei band in Nagoya. They were part of the soft visual subgenre. They were active from 1995 to 2002 and are now disbanded.
