Freely distributed to attendees of the three-day Tokyo-Nagoya-Osaka lives held on 2000-11-18, 2000-11-23, and 2000-11-25 that featured babysitter, Vizell, LADY, and Phobia, which were the start of the STORM (of all stars) tour.

It contains live footage from the -ALL Newest Party- tour which was held just prior and featured the same bands. In particular, the footage seems to be from the first date of that tour, 2000-09-24 at Nagoya (名古屋) THE BOTTOM LINE. Although the VHS itself has no packaging or labels, the live footage featured on the VHS is professionally shot and edited.
Given the rarity of this VHS and its lack of packaging, there was some confusion about its name and origin—and in fact, we originally thought STORM (of all stars) and -ALL Newest Party- were different videos. So just to reiterate, the live at which this was distributed was called STORM (of all stars) but the title card confirms that the VHS is titled -ALL Newest Party- and contains footage from that earlier tour.
