FOODED SEAL (フーデッドシール) officially forms around leader and vocalist Masami (雅美). Their first live is held at Ikebukuro (池袋) CYBER.
Masami calls FOODED SEAL “The bad luck band” (“The不運バンド”) in his blog post, saying that he has contracted food poisoning, drummer Sayuki (さゆき) dropped his phone in water, and guitarist kaoL fractured his leg while on a train platform.
kaoL announces that he will pause live activities due to his leg fracture, with the intention of returning on 2014-01-18.
First official photos were revealed via the band's OHP. Details of their sponsored events were supposed to be revealed that day as well, but the members were unable to agree on certain details, so release of details was postponed.
Formation celebration and first sponsored event, ~Kyuuaichan! Konnichiwa!~ (~求愛ちゃん!こんにちわ!~), is held at Shibuya (渋谷) REX. Kiria (希燐亜) (ex-LiLiCAL) joins as support guitarist.
Due to his leg fracture being more severe than originally thought, guitarist kaoL secedes from the band. FOODED SEAL continues to perform as a 4-member band (with support guitarist Kiria).
Rei (零) (ex-LiLiCAL) joins as support guitarist.
Sponsored event, ~THE Saishidou~ (~THE 再始動~), is held at SHIBUYA REX. FOODED SEAL makes an important announcement: they'll hold another sponsored event in May.
FOODED SEAL loses contact with support guitarist Kiria.
Support guitarist Rei is hospitalized for unknown reasons. Due to previously losing contact with first support guitarist Kiria, FOODED SEAL performs as a 3-member unit for this live.
Bassist 7o and drummer Sayuki (さゆき) announce that they will soon secede from the band, for reasons that they don't wish to disclose.

As the result of repeated discussions, secondary guitarist maNa and bassist MEL (メル) secede from the band. Support drummer Verry ends support. Vocalist Sami (雅美) is the only member (although further lives are still planned).
SG. YOUDAI, SG. Ray, SB. Tama, and SD. Kai begin support through disbandment.
Last live sponsored event is held at Shibuya (渋谷) REX. The band makes an important announcement.
