This title doesn't romanize neatly, because the pronunciation hints are incorporated into the title as stylistic elements.
At the beginning, “玲在” is a made-up word (meaning something like “twinkling existence”) that can be pronounced “rearu,” i.e. the same pronunciation as the English word “real.” So stylistically that part is romanized as Rearu-REAL- but should just be pronounced “real.”
Later in the title, “電脳” is usually pronounced “dennou” and means “digital”; and “隷娘” is a made-up word pronounced “reijou” meaning “servent girl.” In this case the pronunciation hint shows that those two words should be pronounced as “digital maid.”
