Sorry about this, but are you entirely sure that this footage was properly released? If not (i.e., if the footage was taken by staff and shared among them only, or if it's a bootleg), it may not be beneficial to add it as a release seeing as the footage (strictly speaking) wouldn't be released in that case.

I remember reading of a live recording that was released with the single Akunari no Ai, so it could've been from a DVD bundled with one of the singles he released.

I believe Yuuga was doing privilege DVDs(?) with Brand X(?) around that time, so maybe it was one of those. I only have vague memories of seeing Yuuga videos in traders' lists around that time.
