There are three presses of this album, and they can be hard to differentiate. This is the Shokai Gentei version (first press). The cover is a photo of the band, without a border, and the title “INSANITY” written in green text. The disc is a full color photo of the band (although the colors are somewhat muted due to technology limitations at the time). The obi/title strip is a translucent white, and says “麗しき刹那の瞬間(とき)、目覚めよ、美しき獣たち。”. The title strip also boasts the booklet and picture disc, near the bottom.
