This was initially limited to 250 copies based on the condition of ticket sales of their live performance "俺の奢り(ore no ogori)" on 2016-03-29 had to be sold out. The goal of ticket sales were not reached and the release date had to be pushed back.

This was first distributed to those who attended their one man live "幸せパウダー250%(shiawase powder 250%)" at Shinjuku RUIDO K4 and turned in their in-store ticket at the live in exchange for a download card. This was later released through various indie CD stores in form of QR code for download. All downloads includes: lyric scans, band photos, and the release itself.
