This CD was sold by NEGA ENTERPRISES at rival session band Mizufuusen's disbandment live. As with all of NEGA ENTERPRISES' releases, four identical-looking types of the CD exist; each customer received one at random.
The CD features one new song by Misty†Chrise (another parody alter-ego band of NEGA), and probably also contains a cover version of a previously-released Misty†Chrise song (except for TYPE-「A」, which features a comment track instead). Since no WE LOVE UNDER CODE member owns the CD, and the band never released complete information about it, this second track cannot be confirmed—however, an MP3 uploaded online in 2011 features a Misty†Chrise song with alternate vocals, highly supporting the cover-version-as-second-track theory.
