This is part of the CROSS GATE 2001 collaboration between record labels Matina, L∞p Ash RECORDS, and Donuts Record West, and visual shop Third Stage (under its publishing branch, 【kapparecords】). Various message CDs, featuring different combinations of artists from those labels, were sold at Third Stage throughout the latter half of 2001.

This is the 6th volume, which features a 47-minute talk session of Loz'a≠Veria, Sinkro, As'ReaL, and Aioria. Each copy featured a sticker with serial number (out of about ~200 copies?), and an insert with more information about the artists' releases.
