This demo was freely distributed at the 1994-09-04 live at Shibuya (渋谷) Eggman and at the 1994-09-07 live at Shinsaibashi (心斎橋) MUSE HALL. Three copies of the demo were later distributed through a raffle, held in SHOX'X volume 29 (1995).
