This VHS was awarded to those who purchased the live-limited version of the band's mini-album, PRAYER, at their pre-release celebration live at Shinjuku (新宿) LOFT. It contains an alternate PV for the song PRAYER.
It’s used here in the 和製英語 context, i.e. a noun. You’ll find other examples of that around the site (“demotapes” are rarely demos in the true sense), so apologies for any confusion that may cause!
