A mail-order limited single featuring a rerelease of the song "Dance Macabra", a new b-side, and instrumental version of the title track. The order period for this release was between August 8th, 2026, through August 19th, although the date at which fans received their items was most likely a few weeks later.

An alternative demo tape version was also available for purchase, featuring only two tracks but in their unpolished state.
