Includes the same recordings from the 4th edition, but completely remastered due to guitarist CHUCKY (チャッキー) being dissatisfied with their original sound. Probably uses the same jacket as the 4th edition, but this is unconfirmed.
A total of 155 copies were released, but it's unclear if that number includes the 40 copies from the 1st press of the 4th edition.
