Sold via the LORELEI ENTERTAINMENT GROUP webshop beginning in February 2021. Contains footage from the band's 2012-04-30 live.
This is essentially a second press of footage that was initially released in 2013, but the details of that original release are slightly murky.

The original version was advertised as an award given to those who mailed in application forms from both types of The Psalms and Lamentations. The cover art used to advertise the release at that time indicated that it would be a typical DVD package.

However, the description for this second press says “unlike the original DVD-R version, this new version is a properly pressed DVD that comes in a standard tallcase.” This implies that the original release was not a standard DVD as advertised, but instead a simple DVD-R without a case.

What's strange about this is that this new second press features the UNDER CODE PRODUCTION logo in its artwork, while other second presses sold through the LORELEI ENTERTAINMENT GROUP webshop typically feature the latter's logo. Additionally, the cover art used in this second press matches the cover art with which the DVD was originally advertised back in 2013. This implies that the intention was to release a proper DVD back then, and artwork was even prepared for it, but it for some reason got changed to a DVD-R.

Strangely, no copies of the original ever appeared for sale via auction, so the original details can't be confirmed.
