Awarded to those who spent 5,000 yen in the LORELEI ENTERTAINMENT GROUP web shop. Contains professionally-recorded live footage of seven songs from the band's 2014-06-01 revival twoman.
The first six songs had been previously released as part of a live-limited, three-volume DVD-R campaign, with each volume containing two songs. Those three volumes were released at lives in August, October, and December of 2014.

In 2016, all six songs, plus a seventh song (labeled as “volume 4” of the earlier three-volume series) were collected into a DVD-R along with two PVs. That DVD-R was included in some lucky bags sold through the band's official webshop at the time.

This DVD features the same seven songs' worth of live footage as the 2016 DVD-R—but lacks the two PVs that were included in that DVD-R. However, this release does come on a professionally pressed DVD, and includes a 2-page booklet.
