The information here is taken from KISAKI's history book BEYOND THE KINGDOM, but it's unclear if the demotape actually existed as described. The title seems to have been inspired by a demotape from the other Levia that was active at the same time, Horobi no Joshou (滅びの序章)—notice that the kanji is the same. (Curiously, one of the members shown on that demotape looks a lot like KISAKI, which has led some to speculate that they're the same band.)
