This VHS contains live footage recorded during La'Mule's 2000-11-11 performance at hide MUSEUM Cafe Le Psyence, plus a Q&A with the members discussing the band's history up to that point. It also includes a live PV comprised of footage from the band's 2000-06-05 live at Akasaka (赤坂) BLITZ, as well as a comment from vocalist Kon (紺).

This was originally to be released on 2000-11-11, but was postponed to 2000-12-26. (That being the case, I suppose the MUSEUM Cafe Le Psyence live was not originally intended to be included.)
