In 2009, war broke out amongst the members of KING. 2 units, SHIMONOKEHIME (シモノケヒメ; TAKAFUMI feat.Yoshiyuki) and Kaze no Ko PANDAS (風の子パンダース; Junichiro & Hideaki) faced off against each other. Each unit released a CD-R (sales started at the 4/20 Shibuya O-WEST live) containing one song and competed to see who could sell the most copies. RYO acted a neutral third party.

Kaze no Ko PANDAS (風の子パンダース) lost the war and as promised made a PV for their song. The PV was recorded on 7/11 at Otsuka RED-Zone and distributed as a free DVD-R at the 7/20 one-man live at Harajuku ASTRO HALL.
