NEGA ENTERPRISES is the “businessmen” themed alter-ego band of NEGA. This is their first single, which was sold only at their twoman versus live with Mizufuusen. The CD was available in five types, with each customer receiving one at random.

The CD contains the band's self-proclaimed “monster hit” Shoubaihanjou! (a parody of NEGA's Kabe).
