Unsure about the romanization for this title as well. I picked the on'yomi for both characters and hit "send" 🚗💨

Wikipedia thinks it's "Nijiyuu", and it would fit thematically with another release of theirs called "Nijiyuukou", although that only shares the first kanji. I can ask a Japanese friend if you'd like.
