The full PV was only available through this DVD, which was an “application present.” That is, those who purchased both types of the band's first mini-album could mail proofs of purchase from each copy to UNDER CODE, and would receive this DVD in return. This offer was only available to Japanese residents and only to those who bought both types of the mini-album, and thus it is somewhat rare.

Curiously, despite the mini-album being released in September of 2011, and the PV presumably having been finished by that time (as a promotional clip of it was available on YouTube), this DVD with the full clip was not mailed to applicants until almost 7 months later.
