This live DVD-R was awarded to those who spent 5,000 yen on BALA★NCE goods at their 2014-06-11 live. As it contains footage recorded at the same live, awardees were allowed to either have it mailed to them at a later date, or to pick it up at a future live. (The 2014-07-01 date listed here is approximate.) A group cheki and unspecified bonus were also included with this live DVD-R.

Originally, the band had planned to award a comment CD-R to those who spent 5,000 yen. They instead replaced it with this live DVD-R.
