A renewed version of K-NET magazine (the details of which are unclear), BREAK! was apparently launched with the idea of giving an indie artist their major debut. This was to happen through the magazine's Artist Eggs program, wherein readers would somehow award points to bands, and the first one to reach 1,000 points would release their first indie CD through the magazine's record label-which would then lead to a major debut through some unclear mechanism. It's unclear if a second issue was ever released.
