Originally ceased publication in March 1999. Returned in November 1999 having changed their name from Après Guerre to the katakana reading (アプレゲール), and widening their content focus beyond visual kei. In practice, most issues still focused on vkei, but more on the “fringe” bands (Misshitsu kei bands, shironuri bands, etc.).
