Minikomi primarily dedicated to Ibaraki (茨城) artists (both visual and fringe-vkei) which featured MUCC and LA VIE EN ROSE (ラヴィアンローズ) in almost every issue.

An early issue confirms that there is no official reading of the name and each person seems to say it differently. We have chosen sebuntiinain (セブンティーナイン) {seventy-nine} since it was the first one listed, but others listed as valid are: nanajuukyuu (ななじゅうきゅう) {seventy-nine in Japanese}, nakku (なっく) {very shortened form of seventy-nine in Japanese}, and nanakyuu (ななきゅー) {seven nine in Japanese}.
