Following a three-year hiatus, GE+IM will resume activities under the new name Ikai Shinsou Gekai GE+IM (異界深層外科医GE+IM).

The band originally paused activities in November 2023 to allow vocalist Naoki (直祈) to treat his dysphonia. Their return live is set for November 14th, 2026 at Ikebukuro BlackHole with ticket sales starting soon on September 27th.

Alongside a new look, the band also shared their new music video titled "Mou Doku Shika Aisenai" (もう毒しか愛せない).
